These terms govern your use of the Leave it mobile application. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Leave it helps the people involved in a property transaction agree on which items stay with the property. An agent creates a workspace for an address and shares invite codes. The seller or landlord photographs items. The buyer or renter marks each item as wanted or not wanted.
Nothing recorded in the app forms a contract between any parties. Marking an item "Leave it!" or "I'm OK" records a preference for discussion. It creates no obligation on any party to leave, remove, transfer, buy or sell anything, and it does not amend any purchase agreement, lease, listing agreement or other document. Any binding arrangement about fixtures, fittings or chattels must be made in the transaction documents themselves.
Leave it is not a party to your transaction. We provide no legal, financial, valuation or real estate advice.
Leave it does not ask you to create an account, choose a password, or give us your name or email address. Your workspace is tied to your app installation and, if you subscribe, to your App Store or Google Play account. You are responsible for the invite codes you hold and for who you share them with. Anyone holding a valid code can see the items and decisions for that property.
Creating a property workspace requires a subscription. Everyone invited into a property uses Leave it free.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through them.
You keep ownership of the photographs and text you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store that content and show it to the other people invited to the same property, which is the entire purpose of the app.
You confirm that you have the right to photograph and share what you upload, and that you have permission from the property owner or occupier where that is needed.
Do not use Leave it to upload anything unlawful, to photograph people without their consent, to capture documents, screens or other people's private information, or to harass anyone. Do not attempt to access properties you were not invited to, interfere with the service, or circumvent the subscription.
An agent on a property can remove a photograph from everyone else's view. We can remove content and suspend access where these terms are broken.
A property has a closing date. After it closes, its contents become read only and are deleted sixty days later. You can delete a property, or your entire account, from inside the app at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Leave it is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content will always be preserved. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for any dispute between parties to a property transaction. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
You can stop using Leave it at any time and delete your account in the app. We can suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where required by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and noted in the app. Continuing to use Leave it after a change means you accept it.
